- Handmade with traditional methods — thin multi-layer crust and signature fillings such as mung bean, taro, mixed savory, and salted egg yolk.
- No preservatives; best enjoyed within 10 days for peak freshness.
Ancient Shan Tuyet tea:
- Young buds selected from ancient Shan Tuyet tea trees on Tay Con Linh peak, Bashtea brand.
- Hand-oxidized and crafted for a gentle honey aroma, deep sweet aftertaste, and low astringency.
- Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight; do not refrigerate. Best within 6 months; keeps up to 2 years.
Baria Chocolate:
- Crafted from organic cacao beans selected from Ngai Giao, Ho Chi Minh City.
- A blend of scientific research and meticulous handcrafting for refined flavor and premium quality.
Brewing guide
Hot brew:
- Rinse the teapot and cups with boiling water before brewing.
- Add 8g of tea to a 150ml teapot.
- Use water cooled to 80°C. Steep 30–90 seconds depending on preferred strength.
- Pour out all liquor, rest the leaves 1–2 minutes, then re-steep. One pot yields 8–10 infusions.
Cold brew:
- Add 1 premium green tea sachet to 500ml pure water.
- Refrigerate for 8 hours (or 2 hours at room temperature) for 500ml of fragrant tea.
- Cold brewing releases full nutrients — clean young-rice aroma and a sweet finish.
